The finished date records when you completed a project. Set or change it from the Complete row on your Current Project card by tapping the pencil icon.

This option is part of your Current Project on the Home tab.

What Everything Means

  1. Title: confirms you are setting the finished date for this project.
  2. Month & Year: Use the arrows to move backwards or forwards one month at a time. Tap Today to return to the current date, or use Month and Year to jump quickly to a date further away.
  3. Calendar: tap the day your project was completed. Once selected, the popup closes and the date is saved. 
  4. Mark off any uncompleted stitches: select this if the project is finished but you still have stitches that were never marked off in Markup R-XP. Any remaining stitches will be marked as complete and the project will show as 100% finished. Note: marking the remaining stitches cannot be automatically undone. If you change your mind later, those stitches would need to be updated manually.
  5. Cancel and Clear: Cancel closes without changing anything. Clear removes the finished date from the project.

Recording an Already Finished Project

If you completed a project before adding it to Markup R-XP, you can still record it accurately:

    1. Set the Started date on the project card to the date you began stitching.
    2. Open the Completion Date popup and select the date you finished.
    3. Select Mark off any uncompleted stitches if you want the project to show as 100% complete.

Did you know?

  • Changed your mind about the date? Use Clear to remove the completion date at any time.
  • The Month and Year selectors make it much quicker to enter completion dates from months or even years ago.
  • You do not have to mark the remaining stitches automatically. Leave the option unticked if you only want to record the completion date.
