Joining, Step by Step |
Follow these in order the first time. After you've joined, only step 1 changes: the form is replaced by your status and an Edit button. - Enter your name and email, then tap Join: both fields are required, and the email is checked as you type so a typo is caught before you submit.
 - You're now a Community Member: the card confirms "You are registered as '<your name>' with the community" and offers an Edit button if you ever need to change your name or email.
- Tap "Verify your email (optional)" if you want to: this is a plain text link under your status, easy to ignore. Tapping it either confirms you're already verified, or opens a sub panel to verify your email address with a 5 digit code we'll send back.
 - Enter the 5-digit code emailed to you: check your inbox (and spam folder) for the code, type it in, then tap Verify. Didn't get it? Tap Resend Code. Changed your mind? Tap Cancel to close the box, no harm done.
 - Email Verified: once the code matches, a green tick and "Email Verified" replace the link for good.

Did you know?
- The app greets you by name: once you join, the dashboard welcomes you personally each time you open it.
- Verifying is entirely optional: your community membership works fully without it. It's just a way to confirm the email is really yours.
- Already registered? The Send Feedback form fills in your email for you.
- Too many code attempts locks the box: if you mistype the verification code too many times, you'll be asked to wait before trying again.
