Send Feedback puts a thought, a bug report or an idea straight in front of the developers, with an optional screenshot attached.
It forms part of the Profile tab. See The Profile Tab for the full picture.
Send Feedback at a Glance
What Everything Means |
| - Email: where the developers can reply. Fills in automatically if you've joined the community.
- Overview: a short one-line summary of your point. This is the only field you must fill in besides email.
- Detail: optional, but the space to explain fully: what you were doing, what you expected, and what happened instead
- Let us know if you spot a bug, or something not quite right. Once we knoe about it we can fix it
- Got an idea or suggestion for a new feature, this is the place to enter it. James and Ian will be notified with all new requests.
- Maybe there is something that can be improved - make us aware and we'll get it added to an internal backlog - who knows, it could be in the next release!
- Choose: attach a screenshot from your device. A picture often gets a bug fixed quicker or a suggestion is better explained than a written description alone.
- Submit: sends it, and any attached picture, straight to the developers. Active once the overview is filled in and the email is valid.

After You Submit |
| A confirmation dialog lets you know it's on its way. If it fails to send, for example with no internet connection, a different message explains why so you can try again. |
