The Dashboard is your home base in Markup. From here you can manage your projects and access everything outside of stitching, organised across five tabs: Home, Statistics, Settings, Profile and Tutorials.
Whenever you don’t have a project open, you’re on the Dashboard. Use the menu bar to move between the five tabs and quickly access the different areas of the app.

Home
Your main starting point. Create a new project, open an existing one and manage your project library. Each project card shows its current progress and provides quick access to project options Full guide. |

Settings

Opening a Project |
Open a project and the Dashboard steps aside
When you create or load a project, you leave the Dashboard and switch over into the Project Wizard.
When creating a new project, the Project Wizard guides you through importing and setting up your chart before you begin stitching.
When loading an existing project, you'll mainly be on the Markup step to track your progress and continue marking off your stitches. |
Closing a project
When you close a project, you’ll return to the Home tab and its project card will show your latest progress. Take the Project Wizard tour. |
Did you know?
- Jump straight to Statistics: Open Statistics from a project card and Markup will automatically show the information for that project.
- Help in your language: The Tutorials section includes Google Translate, allowing help pages to be translated into your preferred language.
- Settings become your defaults: Your Settings choices are used when setting up new projects. Individual projects can then be adjusted separately when needed.
