Original projects are brought into the new format with their markup intact, and converted projects are tagged so you can see which ones have been updated.

No more mode switching
Two fingers pan and zoom, one finger always marks. The old move/select/markup buttons are gone. Full guide.

Symbol setup now happens once, on its own wizard step, completely separate from marking up. Full guide.

Recognises symbols with backstitch through them, and can search by colour. Full guide.
Straighten crooked charts
Photographed or scanned charts can be warped back to square, a step no other app has. Full guide.
Rotate the chart
Turn the whole chart in 90 degree steps to match how your fabric sits in the frame.

  1. Drawing layers: trace backstitch and fractional stitches over the chart. Full guide.
  2. Last stitch pointer: flash a ring on your last stitch and jump straight back to it.
  3. Better statistics: custom targets, what-if forecasts, and you can set your own stitching time for a day. Full guide.
  4. More thread lists: many manufacturers beyond DMC, including Mill Hill beads.
  5. Merge symbols: combine duplicate or over-split symbols in one step. Full guide.

Did you know?

  • The project limit has gone up from 150 to 200 projects.
  • Password protected PDFs (for example Golden Kite) are now supported.
  • The stitching session timer is adjustable from 5 minutes to 2 hours, so short breaks no longer split your session.
