Theme and Appearance controls the app-wide look and how the app starts up. Pick a colour theme you love, jump straight back into your last project, and decide how chatty the app is.

These options live in the project settings screen.

Startup and Notifications

Auto-open last project
Resume the project you were last working on as soon as the app starts. Skip the dashboard and get straight back to stitching.
Toast notifications
Turn the small in-app confirmation banners on or off. Keep helpful cues, or keep things quiet.
Category names
Rename up to six project categories inline, for example "Christmas" or "Gifts". Names can be up to 20 characters and must be unique.

Did you know?

  • Testers asked, we delivered. Changing the overall colour theme of the app was a direct tester request, so there are now ten themes to pick from.
  • Your categories, your labels. Renaming the category tabs was another tester request. Your custom names appear across the project list and the dashboard.
  • Auto-open pairs well with the last-stitch pointer. The app can drop you back into your project, and the last-stitch marker shows exactly where you left off.
